"Charlotte is fantastic. She has supported our family so much, both with dog walking and helping us with our dogs behaviour. As owners of a nervous dog Charlotte has taken us on walks, showed us how to positively welcome people into our home and has allowed us to call her later in to the evening to ask for advice. She has honestly made having a nervous dog less stressful and taught us how to love him for him. Charlotte is a trust worthy person and we can relax knowing that our dog is safe whilst on his walks with her. She also sends us photos and updates after the walks which is lovely to see.
